  1. Who is eligible to create a shop?
    If you are handmade, cusotmized, or creative products maker or seller (individual or registered business), you can create a shop on Papona. Currently, our service is offered for sellers based in Jordan, more countries will be added soon.
  2. What do I need to do to create a shop?
    It's easy to set up a shop on Papona. Create an Papona account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop and choose a shop name. Once your request gets approved, you can manage your shop (Account Settings, Product Catalog Management, Order Management, and other features).
  3. How do fees work on Papona?
    Joining and starting a shop on Papona is free. There are two basic selling fees: a transaction fee, and a payment processing fee (in case of a Credit Card payment or Papona Coins payment methods). Once an item sells, there is a 10% transaction fee on the sale price (including the shipping price you set). If you accept payments with Credit Cards or Papona Coins, there is also a payment processing fee (3.5% - 5%).
  4. How do I manage my shop and orders?
    You can manage your shop completely in terms of Products Catalog, Delivery Methods Settings, Orders, Promotions, and Business Calendar. Once an order gets placed, you will receive an eMail notification. Then, you will confirm the order with the customer, prepare the order, and deliver it to the order recipient address. When the international delivery is required, our team will facilitate the process.
  5. What can I sell on Papona?
    Papona provides a marketplace for crafters, artists, and creative designers to sell their handmade creations, or any customized and creative pieces.
  6. How do I get paid?
    If you accept payments with Credit Cards or Papona Coins, funds from Credit Cards or Papona Coins sales on Papona will be deposited into your bankd account your eWallet (as per eWallet service providers in your country). In case you accept payments with Cash-On-Delivery, the fees will be deducted from the credit card associated with your shop account, there is no payment processing fee applied with this case.
